Featuring award-winning cocktails, amari, liqueurs, and vermouth, Portland-based Straightaway and Accompani has aimed to elevate batched cocktails with meticulous attention to detail since their launch in 2018. By sourcing high-quality ingredients from local growers and partnering with like-minded PacificNorthwest brands like Steven Smith Teamaker, Stumptown Coffee Roasters, and Jacobsen Salt Co., Straightaway has earned its reputation for astonishing cocktails sure to elevate any moment. Since 2022, Straightaway and Accompani have committed to donating a portion of its sales to the environment through its partnership with 1% For The Planet and back to the community with 1% for Human Rights. Cocktails will be created and mixed by Jody Weinstein and Maddie Froyd.
Kolectivo is a community-focused events and culinary concept, powered by some of the most recognizable champions of Filipino cuisine and culture in Portland, Oregon.
